About

OUR STORY · OUR APPROACH

Longevity should begin with better questions.

Immortal Pills grew from a simple belief: the most useful health decisions start with understanding, not hype.

Our interest in longevity is personal as well as scientific. In our family, conversations about health sit close to real life: doctors are part of the family, and experiences with serious illness, recovery, strength and ageing have made the questions more than theoretical. They have also taught us that a lab result is a starting point for a conversation — never the whole story.

That perspective shapes this publication. We want to make complex ideas easier to understand, separate promising research from proven outcomes, and help readers prepare better questions for their own qualified clinicians.

What you’ll find here

Measure · tests and hormones

Start with a real question: understand what at-home and biological-age tests measure, what hormone testing can—and cannot—answer, and why results need context.

Optimize · peptides and metabolism

Explore specific compounds and metabolic treatments from mechanism to human evidence, safety and uncertainty. Investigational research is labeled clearly; treatment decisions belong with qualified clinicians.

Apply · performance, recovery and aesthetics

Practical guides to recovery and sports-performance questions, alongside clear explanations of aesthetic procedures and safer at-home skin care. Clinical procedures belong with appropriately qualified professionals.

How we earn your trust

Evidence with context

We distinguish human research from animal, laboratory and early-stage findings, and link to sources so you can check the evidence yourself.

Honest limits

A biological-age estimate is not a diagnosis. A plausible mechanism is not proof of benefit. We say what a test or intervention cannot tell you, too.

Useful next steps

Our goal is to leave you with a practical question to investigate, a habit to discuss, or a better conversation with your own care team.

Who’s behind the work

Immortal Pills is an independent editorial project. The people around it bring family, personal and professional perspectives to questions about health and ageing. Specialist contributions will be identified by name and credentials; an article is described as medically reviewed only when that review has actually taken place.

We’re developing three practical ways to go deeper: an educational one-to-one conversation, guides to understanding at-home tests and their costs, and short peptide lessons. The consultation is planned at $97 per session; scheduling and service details are still being prepared. The test guides are educational and do not sell or process tests, and the video lessons are in development.

Independence and transparency

When we publish affiliate links, sponsorships or our own offers, we’ll label them clearly. Commercial relationships should never be confused with independent evidence, and they do not change what a study says.

Education, not medical care. Immortal Pills does not diagnose, prescribe or replace your clinician. Talk with a qualified healthcare professional before changing medication or beginning a treatment. See our medical disclaimer.
